What happens when you delete your account?

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be removed:

Your profile, name, email, and phone number
KYC documents and verification status
Saved addresses and zone preferences
Wallet balance (any remaining balance will be forfeited)
Login credentials and authentication tokens

Note: Delivery history and financial transaction records may be retained for up to 30 days as required by law.

This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all data cannot be recovered. Make sure you have withdrawn any wallet balance before proceeding.
