• Identity Documents: Government-issued ID and other documents submitted during KYC verification.
• Location Data: Real-time GPS location while the app is active and you are Online, used to assign nearby delivery orders and display navigation.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
• Usage Data: Order history, delivery status updates, earnings records, and wallet transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To register and verify your account through the KYC process.
• To assign and manage delivery orders based on your location and availability.
• To calculate and display your earnings, tips, and transaction history.
• To process wallet recharges, withdrawals, and COD collections.
• To send notifications about new orders and account updates.
• To provide customer and delivery partner support.
• To improve app performance and fix technical issues.

3. Location Data

The app requests access to your device's GPS location. Location data is collected only when you are actively using the app and have set your status to Online. This data is used solely to assign nearby orders and assist with navigation. We do not sell or share your location data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Customers: Your name and real-time location may be shared with the customer during an active delivery.
• Payment Processors: For wallet transactions and withdrawals, limited financial data may be shared with payment partners.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law or a valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).
